Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, amazing staff, and any questions or concerns I had Mr. Willie assisted immediately! Fresh fully stocked breakfast bar every morning and great location! This is our third time booking, and we will continue to recommend this location! 👌
We found ourselves working close to New Roads and decided to stay here as they had availability. I did not know what to expect as the reviews are kind of middle of the road. We were very delighted by the friendliness of the front desk staff and were very pleased with the room. The cleanliness along with the size of the room and the comfort of the beds were all a truly appreciated.
I frequent this location to visit family & friends. The rooms are always neat & clean. The staff is friendly. Acknowledging reward members more would add to future reviews. The location is great being its close to good eateries, shopping areas & leisure activities by False River. Hott Tails, Southern Chick's & Juneau's are less than 5min away, great eateries if you love spice & flavor.
All of the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was nice to have on hand in the morning. Room was very nice.<br>Tallest building in New Roads! There's a pitch for you! Free of charge. ;-)<br>We weren't there for the 'happiest of reasons' (the funeral of a family member). We live north of Detroit. So a wonderful culture shock. Everyone saying hello and smiling was very nice. Any staff member who realized why we were there offered our family their sincerest condolences. That was very nice of them.<br>If you find yourself in need of a hotel in New Roads, this is your place!

My family arrived December 29th through December 31st; the staff was very informative, personable, and knowledgeable. My son left some of his personal items behind. She took time out to call and assured us that it was stored for pickup by one of my family members who resided there.
